Kibo is a true shepherd. He’s incredibly intelligent, learns quickly, patterns easily, and has a sharp memory. He has medium food and toy drive, high pack, prey, and defensive drive, and excellent handler focus and working drive. He’s also passed his herding instinct test on sheep. He’s got an excellent nose, can detect changes in heart rate in people, and is very attune to human emotions. While he is aloof with new people and dogs, he is a cuddly and playful goofball with his inner circle. He respects boundaries and takes corrections well, but is not a soft or overly sensitive dog. When he’s not training for sport and working towards his BH & IGP1 titles, Kibo is living life as a city dog in Los Angeles. He loves romping down the beach, retrieving his ball from the ocean, begging for table scraps at outdoor dining, and going on hikes with his friends.

Lumen is from our 2020 RIDE litter between CH Secret Moonshine Be My Romeo and our UROC RMC UACH UJJCH BIS EGCH Royal's Furrari Freedom Ride BH-VT UCDX ACD URX RMX RACEA NV UWP AD ASA AJ TN-O NAC NJC AA1 TD-ROM SPOT-ON. Lumen is a happy-go-lucky girl who enjoys training, playing with her dog friends, and hanging out with her people. Lumen is a bit lower drive than our other dogs, but makes up for it with her excellent stability. Lumen is owned by our friend, Karla Carlson, and bred in partnership with us.
ABOUT THE AUTHENTIC LITTER
We are very excited to welcome the first grandpuppies of our once-in-a-lifetime girl, Furrari. This young pairing is extremely accomplished, especially for their age, and we hope their progeny will continue down the path of excellence. We have been following sire Kibo since he was a puppy, and despite Emily and Kibo living across the country from us, Skylar has personally met Kibo on three occasions and in three different states! We believe Lumen and Kibo will be an excellent pairing to balance each other out to produce well rounded and versatile progeny. Because Lumen and Kibo are both long coats, this entire litter will be long coated.
The AUTHENTIC litter will be raised by Karla Carlson in Minnesota, and will be registered under our partnership name, FireSide By Side.
