About Avalon
Avalon comes from an interesting combination of unique lines via his sire, Kyrens Aata (New Zealand), and more common European lines through his dam, Explosive Secret des Guardiens du Pacte (France). From Alma's website, "Avalon is the perfect White Shepherd as we see him. His character is nice, never nervous. His fur is white and his pigmentation is pitch black."

Gemma possesses a lovely carefree spirit and is completely confident in every situation. Gemma is low toy drive but has a very high food drive, which still makes her easy to work with. Gemma is a granddaughter of the very famous male, MBIS BISS WW'14 MCH GCH Waroggi Maitreya IPO1 (Finland), and superb foundation bitch of Rus Pride kennel, FBBSI WW'13 vVWW'17 MCH Baltic Beauty Crystal Siberian Wolf BH OKD1 (Russia).

ABOUT THE SHINE LITTER

Presenting our first longhair X longhair planned mating since 2020*...and it should be a very good one! Our Gemma produced some of the very best temperaments we have ever had in her CHASE litter with our Enzo. She is a wonderful mother who just adores her puppies. Gemma is extremely stable, which makes her an excellent role model for her puppies until they leave.
Sire Avalon has been of interest to me for a long time, as he is the sire of Frisbee & Nosework Medalist, MCH Kingdom of Bjorn vom Weissen Birkenstolz, a super sporty and gorgeous male bred in Germany, living in Poland. In fact, I'd have asked to import semen from Bjorn directly...except that he is a first cousin to our Furrari on his mother's side. While Avalon was not Embark tested, a couple of his relatives were and based on the numbers I have from eCOI with Avalon's half brother, Winston, and his sons, Duke & Bjorn, I expect the COI from this pairing to be in the 22-26% range. This is a massive improvement within this bitch line, seeing as Gemma's COI is 34%.
We are expecting puppies with stable temperaments, medium drives, and high sociability. They would make excellent companions or show/sport prospects (likely not for bitesports, but for things like agility, nosework, rally, etc).
