PEDIGREE---

Sparrow's pedigree, in my opinion, brings together the best of American and European breeding stock, with both of his parents holding show AND performance titles. This combination also gave him a better-than-average genetic COI of 24% per Embark (breed average = 26%).

TEMPERAMENT---

Sparrow is truly outstanding. This boy is super outgoing to people and dogs--his co-owner boards dogs out of her home and Sparrow has made fast friends with the vast majority of these dogs, a trait that is unusual, although greatly appreciated, for a male shepherd. Sparrow has no environmental sensitivities and medium-high toy drive. This kid always has a stick in his mouth and loves to play with anything the people throw. He was also born with springs in his legs--boy can he JUMP!

CONFORMATION---

Sparrow propels himself forward with a strong rear drive. He is a small-medium sized male, weighing in at about 75lbs. At the age of 9 months old, Sparrow brought home his first herding group win at a competitive show in Shipshewana, IN. Before his second birthday, he completed the requirements for his UKC Show Champion title and is actively showing towards his Grand Show Champion title.​
